SalutLA was born out of the dreams and ambitions of two friends, Rocco and Hamza, who arrived in Los Angeles in 2015. Introduced through a mutual friend, they quickly bonded over a shared passion for hospitality and their pursuit of the American Dream. With a love for hospitality deeply rooted in their Moroccan background, they began working in the valet industry in 2016. It didn’t take long for them to notice the industry’s inefficiencies and the lack of trust and transparency that often left clients and customers dissatisfied.

Determined to make a difference, Rocco and Hamza founded SalutLA—"Hello Los Angeles"—to redefine valet, parking management, and security solutions. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they seized the opportunity to innovate by assembling a team of developers to create software and mobile apps that transformed day-to-day operations. With these tools, SalutLA enhanced trust, efficiency, and accountability.

For valet services, our app captures timestamped photos of vehicles upon arrival, recording any damages and securely storing the data to address potential claims. Additionally, the app ensures 100% payment accuracy by scanning all tickets, preventing duplicate scans, and timestamping each transaction. This system not only eliminates errors but also makes it nearly impossible for valet drivers to engage in fraudulent activity, offering clients complete confidence in their operations.

In security, guards take timestamped photos of checkpoints during their rounds, ensuring services are delivered as promised and eliminating the risk of skipped or falsified patrols. In terms of management, the SalutLA app allows for task assignment on the fly, tracking progress in real-time, and recording proof of completion. These records can be compiled into detailed reports, providing clients with actionable insights and transparency into their operations. 

This level of accountability and innovation not only ensures superior service delivery but also helps clients negotiate better insurance rates by demonstrating reduced operational risks.
